Work in Oslo

Oslo offers a safe, free-thinking environment where you can pursue your ambitions and set your own pace. Here, you can experience an egalitarian society with an organizational culture based on collaboration, transparency, and trust.

Relocate to Oslo

If you are looking for work-life balance with exciting career and personal growth opportunities, the cultural offerings of an international, walkable capital, and easy access to mountains, forests and coastline, you’ve come to the right place.

Oslopolitans work hard and play hard. Short commutes, flexible telecommuting and respect for well-being and family time contribute to the high quality of life. More than 90 percent of residents have access to both cultural facilities and green spaces in Oslo, named the European Green Capital in 2019.

Social Life and Culture

Oslo is a young, pioneering city with a down-to-earth and informal culture that supports personal growth not only through work-life balance but also through a vibrant cultural scene and a unique proximity to nature. It’s not unusual for people to hit the ski trails, go sailing, attend a concert, or enjoy a slow unwind after a solid day of work. Your time is your own.
