The Spouse Program is a full day workshop, focusing on professional development, entrepreneurship, and personal branding. Each workshop is limited to 25 participants per city, allowing for personalized interaction and hands-on guidance.

The Global Talent to Local Careers workshop program is designed to help them navigate career development, entrepreneurship, and networking opportunities in their new environment. This workshop provides practical tools, expert insights, and peer support to help international professionals leverage their skills, build their personal brand, and explore career pathways that align with their goals.
Through interactive sessions, participants will gain clarity on their professional options, refine their career narratives, and develop strategies to integrate successfully into the workforce or entrepreneurial landscape of their host country.

Gabriella Mikiewicz – Communications Strategist & Community Manager, specializing in strategic communications, humanitarian campaigning, and digital engagement.
Gabriella leads the Personal Branding session, helping participants craft their professional narratives and develop an effective power pitch.
Emma Jackson – Human Resources & Career Development Expert with over three decades of experience.
Emma provides guidance on job search strategies, CV and cover letter refinement, and how to stand out to employers in a new job market.
The workshops are made possible by grants for the development of qualification and integration measures from The Directorate of Integration and Diversity (IMDI) through the Oslo Region Alliance, as well funding and support from Halden Næringsforening, Halden kommune, Gjøvikregionen and Hamarregionen Utvikling.
