Join us for an enriching and fun-filled Afterwork event during Talent Smash. This gathering is tailor-made for those looking to expand their social circles beyond the workplace in Oslo.
Moderating the evening’s social session is Gabriella Mikiewicz, founder of the community and popular Instagram account Unlock Norway.
Oslo Interact will be a fun and inspiring afternoon where you get to connect with like-minded individuals and explore the vibrant social fabric of our city. We will shine a spotlight on various communities and free activities that you can get involved in. Imagine a job fair, but for choirs, running groups, tech-specific meetups, knitting cafes, hiking enthusiasts, and more! Each community or activity will have a brief 2-3 minute pitch on stage, introducing you to what they’re all about and how you can get involved, and then you can individually meet the organizers and other internationals throughout the event.

Who organizes Talent Smash?
This four-day event series is hosted by Epicenter, Oslopolitan, Oslo Business Region, City of Oslo and Ungt Entreprenørskap. Our joint motivation is to make Oslo and the region a better place to come as an international talent!
What is Talent Smash?
Talent Smash is an event aimed at addressing the IT skills shortage in Norway and promoting inclusivity for international talents. It's open to anyone, including newcomers in Oslo, team leaders, recruiters, HR professionals, marketers, and those interested in solving the international and IT talent shortage. Join us to share ideas, discuss challenges, and explore both short-term and long-term solutions during this four-day event.
